Marcus B. Scott, MAI
Marcus B. Scott, MAI
received his B.A. degree from Colorado State University in 1972
and was awarded the MAI designation in 1984. Marc served as
President of the Colorado Chapter of the Appraisal Institute in
2000, was a contributing editor for the Colorado Division of
Property Taxation Manual for the valuation of golf course
properties, and currently serves on the Arapahoe County Open
Space and Trails Advisory Board. His experience includes the
valuation of commercial, industrial, multi-family residential,
recreational, and special use properties with a special emphasis
in golf courses and country clubs. Mr. Scott’s appraisal
practice is regional in scope with several areas of specialty
including conservation easements, condemnation and general
litigation support. |

Richard G. Stahl, MAI,
SRA
Richard G. Stahl, MAI ,
SRA received his B.A. degree from Bradley University and is a
dually designated member of the Appraisal Institute having
received his SRA designation in 1981 and MAI designation in
1988. Richard has served on national and local Institute
committees and was the 2005 President of the Colorado Chapter.
He co-authored and taught a course titled The Valuation of
Special Purpose and Limited Market Properties and was a
contributing editor for the Colorado Division of Property
Taxation Manual for the valuation of subsidized housing. He has
a wide array of experience for a variety of commercial,
industrial, multi-family and special purpose property types. His
scope of practice is national with a concentration in seniors
housing and healthcare properties. |
