In addition to the standard real property categories of industrial, retail, office, apartments, subdivisions, vacant land and hospitals/healthcare, we have expertise in the valuation of special use properties including a variety of senior housing products, hospitals/healthcare, educational facilities, and transportation corridors. Our resort/recreational property practice includes the valuation of golf courses, country clubs and health clubs.

We appraise a full spectrum of property interests (whole, partial and fractional interests) including fee simple, leased fee, and leasehold.  Our appraisals and consulting reports have been used to meet client needs in the areas of asset based financing, allocation of purchase price (real property, personal property and intangibles), condemnation and litigation support, insurable value, ad valorem tax appeal, special assets and bankruptcy, and income tax purposes related to charitable contributions.  We also have experience in mediation and binding arbitration, and are HUD approved multi-family appraisers for the 221(d)4, 223 (f) and 232 programs.  Other capabilities include appraisal review and due diligence services.
